The cottage is set down a lovely country lane in an area of outstanding natural beauty. You could simply enjoy the peace and quiet or take yourself off for some enjoyable walks or cycle rides (please bring your own bikes).
Horse riding is available at Longhorn riding stable approximately 2 minutes away and fishing can be arranged as long as you have a licence and it is possible to obtain a day pass for Center Parcs on the Longleat Estate
